Your Facilitators
Jennifer Coats
Jennifer has been teaching yoga for nearly 20 years. Her classes are anchored in breathwork, mindful movement, alignment-based biomechanics, and yogic philosophy. The movements and postures explored in her classes are used as tools for self-awareness, exploration, and growth. Her goal is to guide students away from a performance-based practice, and into one of presence, healing, and wholeness.

Ash Atwood
Co-host and IntuitiveAsh channels heart-centered messages. Her guidance carries a playful energy that expands perspective and welcomes those around to show up as their beautiful authentic self. Through a loving lens, she distinguishes between conditioned identity and the authentic self. Rooted in lived experience, she offers a compassionate presence that supports others in their own unfolding.
Jeremy Saccardi
ChefChef Jeremy is a hospitality industry veteran with over 30 years of experience. Having worked in such diverse locales as Las Vegas, Santa Barbara, Sarasota and Costa Rica, he now resides in the Austin area where bon meez is based.
