Hide and Seek was built from a simple idea: we can create something more abundant together than we can alone. We bring together different modalities, perspectives, and ways of knowing to create experiences that invite us back into relationship with our bodies, ourselves, and one another.

A collaborative healing experience bringing together embodied awareness, intuitive insight, and connection.
Through gentle yoga, healing touch, and intuitive guidance, Jennifer, Michelle, and Ash work together in real time, listening to what is unfolding in the body and beneath the surface. Rather than three separate practices, each practitioner responds from their own experience and intuition, allowing the work to overlap, inform one another, and take shape around the people in the room.
